HOW IT WORKS:
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification when your order is on its way.
Please make sure that all details—especially your email address and shipping information—are entered correctly. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund or resend orders placed with incorrect details. Double-check your information before finalizing your order to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
If your order is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service but you have not received it, please contact your local post office immediately to file a report.
You’ll need to provide us with a formal affidavit confirming that your package was lost, stolen, or not received. Once we receive the appropriate documentation, we will review your case and make every effort to resend your order when possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible, and be sure to include all relevant details (such as your order number, tracking information, and mailing address) to help us resolve the issue quickly.
WRONG ADDRESS:
We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
To help prevent errors, we do our best to verify shipping details with every customer through the order confirmation email. Please review your information carefully before completing your purchase to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER:
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–12 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that we process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.
